Refund and Returns Policy

2. Order Processing & Shipping
We strive to process all orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Shing Chi Limited is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.
3. Returns & 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you have the right to cancel your order and return the items to us under the following conditions:

Cancellation Period: You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your goods to notify us of your decision to return an item.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or are missing tags will not be accepted.

Notification: To initiate a return, you must contact us at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may be rejected.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Buyer is Responsible for Return Shipping Costs.
Unless the item received is incorrect, damaged, or defective (please see Section 8), the customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Shing Chi Limited cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during their return transit. Shipping costs paid on the original order are non-refundable.
5. Refund Process & Timeline
Once your returned item is received at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for our quality control team to inspect the item. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.

Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment.

Refund Timeframe: Please note that it can take a minimum of 14 calendar days for the funds to appear in your account after your return has been processed. This timeframe is dependent on your bank or credit card issuer, and we have no control over these processing times.
6. PayPal Refunds
For customers who paid via PayPal, the standard 14-day processing window applies. However, we strictly adhere to PayPal’s policies regarding transaction disputes.
Please be aware that under PayPal’s policy, buyers in some jurisdictions may have up to 30 days from the date of transaction to file a dispute. While our internal policy is to process returns within the 14-day window, if a dispute is filed through the PayPal resolution center within this 30-day period, the refund will be processed strictly in accordance with PayPal’s final decision and timelines.
7. Return & Refund Step-by-Step Guide
To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these steps:

Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

Send the Parcel: Ship the package to the address provided. You are responsible for the cost of this shipment.

Inspection: Upon receipt, our team will inspect the item within 5-7 business days.

Refund Issued: Once approved, your refund will be initiated. Please allow a minimum of 14 days for the funds to appear in your account.
8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] . We will provide instructions for returning the item, and Shing Chi Limited will cover the cost of return shipping for these specific cases. A full refund or replacement will be arranged promptly.
